All Natural Remedies for Cellulite

Hi guys! Welcome to Homeremedies1976! My
name is Stan and today we have a countdown with five of the best natural
remedies to get rid of cellulite. If you know of anyone who might benefit from
the tips in this video then please share it with them! We start out on number five
with water. Out of all the home remedies for cellulite removal this one may be
the easiest. Just drink more water. Water helps improve circulation and decrease
inflammation. Both of which can help with the appearance of cellulite. Increased
water intakes helps with the appearance of cellulite because it gives your skin a
smoother look if the skin and soft tissue is dehydrated it can make the
skin appear more bumpy. Aim to drink at least eight glasses or two liters a day.
On number four we got “moisturize naturally”. Constantly adding toxins back
to the skin in the form of beauty products loaded with chemicals probably
doesn’t help you much. If you haven’t already, try using natural options for
skin care and moisturizing. Simple coconut oil will work as an all-purpose
moisturizer, olive oil, castor oil and advocado paste are also great natural
moisturizers. On number three we got the dry brush. First of all purchase a
natural bristle brush with a long handle so that you can reach all areas of your
body and avoid the synthetic brushes. Then remove any clothing and stand in a
bathtub or shower to catch the falling dry skin, do not wet the skin, dry
brush your skin while it’s dry. Starting at the bottom of your feet
move in long sweeping motions towards your heart. Brush each area several times
and overlapping as you go to ensure that you do not miss a spot. Be careful over
the more sensitive areas, such as the breasts, and don’t be too rough.
Once you’ve brushed your entire body step into the shower and bath as you
normally would. After you have showered, pat your skin
dry and apply a natural oil like rosehip, olive, or coconut oil to your entire body.
On number two we got apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar can be used
to get rid of cellulite. The vinegar contains potassium, magnesium, various
other minerals and calcium. These chemical building blocks decrease
cellulite and eliminate toxins and control excess water around the thighs
and stomach. Take one part of apple cider vinegar, two parts of water and a few
drops of honey. Mix all the ingredients, massage the mixture on the affected
areas and leave them on for about 30 minutes, then wash them off with lukewarm
water, and do this twice a day until you are satisfied with result. Here we are at
number one which is a low carb anti- inflammatory diet. Diets like the Keto
diet that is low in sugar and carbohydrates and rich in anti
inflammatory compounds, and good fats, is key for hormonal balance and cellulite
control. The nutrition plan should be full of healthy fats such as at advocados,
olives, coconut fats, raw cocoa, non-starchy veggies, herbs,
pasture-raised animal products and fermented foods. A low carb anti-
inflammatory diet like the keto diet helps train the body to use fat as fuel
and provides the key micronutrients to reduce inflammation and rebuilt
collagenous tissue. Ok guys we’ve reached the end of the video please like and
