    also you are perfectly right about people not addressing root issues. most are on vicious cycles going up and down with own crash diets and stress increasing poorly performed workouts as behavioral changes. no wonder they get nowhere.

  • Hi Chloe. Do you have any root canal teeth ? I had big bloating and gut problems and after research i saw that root canal tooth could be the problem. There is incredible testimonials about the benefit of getting rid of teeth that have been subject to root canal treatment.

  • I hope you're having a great day today and I hope you see this and reply! So my butt is at 40 inches and it's not saggy or anything, it's definitely plump but it's not the perkiest. I am around 10 kilos overweight so I go to the gym 6 days a week (started a month ago) to lose weight and tone my overall body. Now my concern is that I don't want my butt to grow inch wise, not even a single inch but I do want to tone it. Losing some inches off my butt while toning it would be ideal. So my question is should I do squats, glute bridges, and other exercises? If yes, then should I do them with weights? Also, would other exercises would you recommend?   • I normally don’t support detox products for the sake of losing weight. It’s just a terrible idea that in the long run will decrease muscle weight and increase fat weight. It’s such a misleading product that does nothing it promises. I’m glad you did your research on the doctor and a product and that your doing this for a health reason not a weight loss reason. I don’t know that this would be a long term solution to your problem though. You’re problem may resume after the detox. You’re doctor should have you taking probiotics to improve the amount of healthy bacteria in your gut. Get a second opinion to be safe.

  • Hope you will be better soon. Maybe you should take a look into the vegan diet or at least eat less fish because fish and it's high amount of heavy metals can cause a lot of tummy and digestion issues, too.

  • You should probably cut down big time on seafood since these days the oceans are very toxic!! I used to eat very very low mercury fish almost daily, but after I got a heavy metals test my mercury levels were off the charts high!! So, I rarely eat it now and detoxing mercury and other toxins can take years. I take a NAC supplement daily to help my liver make glutathione to detox. 💖💕💗

  • I feel like Chloe could make so so much more money with her channel but chooses not to? Like she provides all these fitness program for FREE while other fitness influencers are charging a premium. Her programs are so easy to follow and it includes the food and health info behind it, and you feel like you’re doing it with her as well. I mean she could have even partnered up with her doctor to make more money as well. Her programs have helped me so much! I watch her videos almost on a daily for my workouts. So from today onwards, I will make sure to like and comment on every videos she posted. And naturally I’m already sharing her channel in my circle cause love your channel so much!!
