My name is Nath Navas and today I bring you a special Pranayama (breathing exercise) for people with Vata Dosha VATA is influenced by air and space elements and it’s qualities are cold, light, irregular, dry and mobile Commands the movement in the body
and it’s located in the Colon When Vata people are in perfect balance they tend to be innovators, creative, sociable, enthusiastic and good communicators The life rhythm from the city, noises and stressful jobs bring them out of balance easily. Vata is very sensitive to stimulus that’s why they need to stop and harvest silence continuously. They are full of thoughts.
Practice Yoga, breathing exercises and routine are perfect habits because makes them come back to their true self. Out balance people with Vata dosh tend to suffer from excess thinking, anxiety, fear, stress, insomnia,
focus problems and lack of memory The next breathing exercises is perfect if you
suffer from any of the previous symptoms. Seat in a confortable position.
Place index and medium fingers between your brows. Use you thumb to close your right nostril and
the rest to close the left nostril. Let’s make the exercise during two minutes.
Inhaling 8 seconds and exhaling 8 seconds. LET’S START !!! Close your right nostril Inhale on your left nostril 3 4 5 6 7 8 Open right nostril and exhale 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Inhale through the right side
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Open left side and exhale
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Inhale (same side)
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Open right nostril and exhale
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Inhale (same side)
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Change nostril and exhale
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Inhale (same side)
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Change nostril and exhale
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Inhale (same side)
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Open left side and exhale
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Inhale (same side)
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Exhale through the right nostril
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Place hands over the knees.
Close your eyes. Keep your awareness on breathing Next inhalation open your eyes slowly My name is NATH NAVAS

  • Que buena!!! Una pregunta: esta respiracion es solo para gente vata o las personas de cualquier constitucion la pueden usar cuando sientan desequilibrio tipo vata (estres, ansiedad, nerviosismo) para tranquilizarse?
